Everything starts with a FREE initial consultation where we discuss what you need, whether it's an agreement in principle for a mortgage to buy that new home, a review of an insurance policy to safeguard your family's future, the release of equity so you can put a deposit on that buy-to-let property or a remortgage for home improvements. We will look into your affordability and establish a budget and what you can realistically afford. From that point, we use every means at our disposal to find the right deal for you and your needs. We'll then put that deal to you - not using acronyms or jargon but with simple language that lets you know in clear terms what that deal will do for you. We provide a FREE quote so you know ahead of time what you're signing up to and given that we have access to exclusive deals courtesy of our contacts in the sector, we're sure you'll be walking out of our office with a smile on your face. We only charge a broker fee once the case has been fully agreed and proceeded to formal offer. We don't agree with charging a broker fee on application.
