Having attained a degree in Marketing at the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, John's first experience in financial services was as a financial consultant with Norwich Union, servicing the needs of Preston, Blackpool and Lytham St. Annes. This experience with such a major player was invaluable to John, and he took it upon himself to set up John Earnshaw Independent Financial Advisers Ltd, in the town of Poulton-Le-Fylde, as he wanted the opportunity to offer independent financial advice, in particular in the mortgage sector.
John and his staff pride themselves on being adept in all aspects of the mortgage market and never talk in jargon, always making solutions easy to understand. We are open and friendly and aim to develop long-term relationships with clients offering ongoing service and suitable advice. We commit to finding you the best mortgage for you every time it comes to change your mortgage.
We offer face to face and telephone appointments. We are by no means salespeople. We firmly believe there is no place for this approach in Financial Services. We are great believers in offering quality, unbiased, financial advice.
We have another adviser, Sarah Tomlinson, who has 20 years experience with Nat West Bank behind her. Sarah is an Independent Mortgage Adviser and offers the personal touch too. In addition to Sarah, we have four administration support staff, Sarah, Linda, Linda (another one!) and Lynne. They do their utmost to ensure your mortgage application is progressing smoothly at every step of the way.
